Are you a fan of Christmas lights? Here's the best in Cayman!

Twinkling lights and Christmas scenes are a great part of Cayman culture. There are a few well-known spots that you can marvel at the displays all season long, and there are specific events for your light-loving fancy! 

Consider this your official guide!

All Season Long

The following locations have beautiful lights throughout the season:

  • Camana Bay
  • Crighton house on South Sound Road
  • Maureen and Maxine Bodden’s home in South Church Street
  • Roundabouts (most of them have light displays)

November 30

6 pm, The Singing Christmas Tree @ The Lions Centre

Lion’s Centre in George Town. This is a FREE family event which features a host of singers and musicians who perform on a stage that includes an artificial 25-foot-tall Christmas tree and thousands of lights.

December 1

December 7

6-11 pm, Cayman National Parade of Lights @ Camana Bay

The annual holiday tradition featuring live Christmas entertainment, boat parade, and spectacular fireworks display is set for 7th December, at Camana Bay. Enjoy the magic of Christmas with enchanting visits from Santa, festive holiday markets, and so much more. Watch boats aglow with bright lights parade through The Harbour to a festive soundtrack of carols. This year's theme is Christmas Treats!

Boats are also encouraged to sign up as participation in this event is free and there will be two chances to win $2,000!

December 17

7-10 pm, Christmas Moonlight and Movies @ Camana Bay

Any night at Camana Bay during the season is a great night to see lights. The team over at Camana Bay has done an excellent job decorating the property and it is a true spectacle to behold. On the 17th, Get cosy al fresco with your loved ones for a free showing of "The Grinch" (2018), on the giant blow-up screen on the Crescent, with the beautiful light display surrounding you for ambience.

December 20

6-9 pm, Christmas Lights Bus Tour

Join the National Trust for our ever-popular Christmas Lights Bus Tour! The tour includes visits to modern and traditional homes decked out in Christmas decor for the holiday season, singing of Christmas carols and a true Cayman Christmas experience. CI$30 adult non-members, CI$25 adult members, CI$15 children ages 5-12. Given limited bus capacity, pre-registration and payment are encouraged and required to confirm space.
