Caribbean Saint International model features in Vogue
Saint International star Aurelie Giraud has started 2019 with a bang as she graces multiple pages of the latest issue of the British edition of fashion magazine, Vogue.
The caramel-complexion beauty who hails from Martinique is spotlighted in the spring season’s fiercest looks and accessories in trend-watch editorials in the February edition of British Vogue fronted by one of global fashion industry’s most influential figures, Edward Enninful.
“It’s so amazing and a real honour to be featured in Vogue as it’s the fashion bible, and the magazine most every model who’s anyone wants to be in,” Giraud shares with Loop News, back home temporarily for a holiday break in her native French island.
“It’s especially wonderful as it’s a great way to start the year and with fashion month coming up at the end of February.”
Giraud’s multi-page Vogue appearance (photographed by Campbell Addy and styled by Hanna Kelifa) marks the Caribbean stunner’s upward trajectory in the European fashion market. It comes on the heels of her booking recent advertising campaigns for British brands such as fashion retailer Whistles, fine jeweller Georgina Boyce, and fast-rising designer and fashion influencer Alexa Chung.
The international model was signed to Saint by the agency’s CEO and founder, Dewight Peters, after she had visited Jamaica five years ago on a quest to pursue her modelling dreams.
