There are no positive COVID-19 results in the Cayman Islands today, out of a total 494 tests that were run.
The total positives remain at 111 (with a total of three from Cayman Brac).
These positives were all found through the screening programme. The Cayman Islands has had no new positive COVID-19 cases requiring clinical management since April 27. All the positive cases reported since then have been as a product of the screening programme.
In total, 7,576 people have been tested.
A huge bulk of the healthcare workers, RCIPS, fire, the prison and frontline workers have been tested.
The status of positive cases is as follows:
12 have some symptoms.
43 are asymptomatic.
0 individuals are in the hospital but are no longer being treated for COVID-19 but for other conditions.
55 have recovered fully.
