A delegation of Cayman government officials and tourism industry affiliates are representing the island's interest at the 24th Florida Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) Conference in Mexico.

The four-day long conference aims to provide opportunities for the delegates to have an in-depth look at the inner workings of the cruise ship industry, so as to improve Cayman’s cruise product.

The team of representatives seek to expand the Caymanian brand of tourism into other markets of the cruise industry by highlighting the island as a unique destination, as well as its cultural attractions and activities.

Members of the delegation represent a cross-section of industry associates, from the public and private sectors, who have a vested interest in the impact and benefits of Cayman’s cruise industry. They include The ministry and Department of Tourism, the Port Authority of the Cayman Islands; The Cayman Turtle Centre and Tourism Attractions Board; Cayman Crystal Caves, DECCO Ltd and The Tour Company.
