Grand Slammer Caroline Wozniacki and 'honorary Caymanian' retires
Caroline Wozniacki, professional tennis player and one-time Grand Slam champion, has announced she is retiring.
Wozniacki has been an official ambassador for The Residences at Seafire in the Cayman Islands. During her visits to Grand Cayman over the last two years, she played the first ever fly-board rally in the world.
Her frequent visits to the island have left a lasting impression on Wozniacki, prompting her to proclaim the Cayman Islands as her home away from home.
“We have been privileged to work with Caroline these last two years,” said Chris Duggan, VP of Business Development at Dart. “Caroline has been a wonderful partner to us. Her professionalism and approachability have made her a delight to work with and an example to all who had the pleasure of meeting her during her visits.
"We wish her every success and a well-earned retirement, and look forward to continuing to welcome her and her husband David to their second home on Grand Cayman.”
