Man seen touching himself near children’s park on South Church Street

The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service said that on Sunday they received a report that a man was inappropriately touching himself nearby a popular kids’ park on South Church Street.

A report received by the RCIPS is that the incident occurred on Thursday, February 8, when at around 5:45 pm a man was observed inappropriately touching himself as he watched children at Dart Park on South Church Street.

The man is described as tall, slim built, of dark complexion and with very short hair; he was seen wearing blue shorts and a white V-neck t-shirt.

The police are asking members of the public with any information about this man to come forward.

 Further, the police say that if anyone sees this kind of behaviour they should contact 9-1-1 right away.

The Police further reminded parents and caregivers to be mindful of the whereabouts of children at all times when in public.
