One of the world's largest cruise ships to dock in Grand Cayman

The fourth largest cruise vessel ever built is expected to make a stop in Grand Cayman come 2019.

Yes, you heard right. Not 2018. All the way in 2019. (If 2017 is anything to go by, 2019 may be closer than you think)

MSC Cruises announced its sailings dates for 2019 earlier this week, which includes a stop in Grand Cayman.

MSC Cruises in June unveiled its new and impressive nineteen decks high, 1,000 feet long, 171,598-ton beast known as MSC Meraviglia.

Meraviglia boasts, a 4-D cinema, a flight simulator, lounges, pools, restaurants as a bowling alley.

However, what makes the European shipping giant,  which is relatively unknown in the Americas, most impressive is a Himalayan Bridge" sky walk  which enables cruise passengers to go cross the vessel at nearly 200 feet above the water.

The vessel is can accommodate over 5,000 occupants.
