Police issue appeal after car stolen in George Town

Police have issued an appeal after a car was stolen from outside a house in George Town.

Just after 5.30am this morning (June 24), police were dispatched to a residence on Cornwood Drive after it was reported that a vehicle had been stolen from that location.

The vehicle, a 1998 gray Honda Civic, registration number 123-501, was described as having filler on the top and a crack on the left side of the bumper, two black rearview mirrors and a broken front passenger side door handle.

The vehicle was last seen yesterday evening (June 23) around 7pm.

Police are encouraging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of this vehicle to call the George Town Police Station at 949-4222.
