Probe launched after masked men steal cash register from restaurant

Police have launched a burglary investigation after three masked men entered a restaurant last night and stole a cash register.

Just after 8.20 pm (January 28),officers responded to the Liberties Restaurant on Reverent Blackman Road in West Bay, where it was reported that three unknown males wearing masks entered the business and stole a cash register containing a quantity of cash. The men then fled with the cash on foot.

An extensive search was carried out by the officers in and around the area where the incident took place, but the perpetrators weren't located. No weapons were used in the execution of the crime and no injuries were reported as a result.
