Nature has just replenished itself, and you’re on the patio overlooking your yard, soaking up the cool breeze.

What’s one thing that would make this R&R moment better? A quarantine, of course!

It’s time to enjoy this week’s Saturday Spirits with the über sexy Martell, “aged”, from mixologist Ovando Gayle, of the Academy of Bartending, Spirits & Wines.

Ingredients

3 bar spoons, sugar

½ oz water

½ oz lime juice

Few dashes of Angostura bitters

2 oz Martell VS

Orange slice

Method

Pre-chill cocktail glass with ice. Add ingredients. Muddle, add ice and stir. Twist orange peel, run along the rim of your serving glass, then place peel in glass. Pour over strainer and serve.
