Watch: Patrons rocked out despite rain at the Capella Music Festival

Patrons on Friday night flocked to the Capella Music Festival on the lawns of Camana Bay.

Hosted by American media personality Big Tigger, D-Docta and Miss Universe Cayman, Anika Conolly, the event did not disappoint with show stopping performances by US singer Jeremih and reggae icon Beres Hammond.

Not even the rain could stop the show, as the crowd got amped-up with hits by Jermih such as ‘Oui’ and ‘Birthday Sex’.

Local artistes which included Josh Pearl, Rico Rolando, Sabryna and Shameka  showed that they could hold their own, showing off their varied catalog of original songs which kept the crowd grooving.

Beck G brought out the Latin vibes with a racy performance before the crowed rocked the night away with Beres Hammond who delivered an hour long set.
