Botanic Park to host second garden tour in Floral Colour Garden

The Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park’s is set to host its second in its series of Garden Tours this Sunday October 18 and the discussion will focus on the park’s Floral Colour Garden.
Colour, Form and Function: An In-depth Look at the Plants and Design of the Colour Garden; is the title of the hour-long tour which will be hosted by the Park’s own horticulturist, Nick Johnson.
Beginning at 1:30pm, Mr. Johnson will take participants through the arrangement of floral plants in the Colour Garden and explain how the strategic placement is used to brighten the landscape and intrigue visitors.
The Garden Tour Series is limited to 12 persons per tour, and the CI$20 fee will go directly toward the completion of the Children’s Garden at the Botanic Park.
