George Town man arrested on suspicion of cocaine offenses

A George Town man has been arrested on suspicion of cocaine offenses.

In response to concerns from members of the public about drugs being sold at an address on Rockhole Road, a police operation was conducted there on the afternoon of Friday, July 10. 

While at the location officers recovered a quantity of cocaine and a quantity of cash totalling over $2000.

A man, age 53 of George Town, was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine with intent to supply and suspicion of consumption of a controlled drug.

He has been granted bail as investigations continue.
