Governor: Flights planned to a number of markets

Cayman Islands' Governor, Martyn Roper, has indicated that there are a number of flights being planned to take persons from Cayman to select countries.

Upcoming flights, to be reported in the coming days, will be departing to Miami, Canada and Nicaragua.

The Governor's office is working on setting up a flight to Jamaica, which has been more problematic.

Another air bridge is also being established with British Airways.

The issue of transporting pets is also being explored.
